Client Guarantee and Code of Ethics

ADA Associates recognise the need to provide clients with a quality, cost effective service, and unlike many of our competitors, we actually deliver it. In today's demanding business environment and competitive market place it is essential to do so.

We offer clients a guarantee that we will pursue each enquiry to a satisfactory conclusion and no file will be returned unless it has first met our exacting standards.

We also operate a strict code of ethics which is designed to protect the interests of clients and their businesses. We feel that this is above and beyond commercial requirements and that of our competitors. We recognise the importance of properly representing our clients in every situation and therefore always act appropriately.

By implementing and adhering to these policies we aim to maintain and develop existing business as well as maximise new opportunities within the investigation and security environment.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY

The identity of all clients and claimants alike is treated in utmost confidence. No member of staff is permitted to divulge any information regarding the activities of ADA Associates to any third party or member of the news media. The security of files is also protected and the integrity of all evidence is maintained.

COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAW

Our investigators always operate within the requirements of the law.

HARASSMENT

We never undertake any activity which could be deemed as harassment or may cause a claimant to be alarmed.

ENTRAPMENT AND COERCION

Investigators are not permitted to carry out any activity which could be interpreted as an act of entrapment. Investigators are also strictly forbidden to take any action which encourages or otherwise coerces a claimant to undertake any activity deemed to be to their detriment.

FACTUAL AND ACCURATE REPORTS

All investigation reports and statements are entirely factual and accurate. ADA Associates seek to provide the best possible evidence, and to this end we always gather and present evidence in a professional and appropriate manner.

JUSTIFIABLE OBSERVATIONS / SURVEILLANCE

Experience has shown that a superior and more accomplished level of investigation can be achieved by utilising a team of investigators. However, due to viability, initially one/two investigators will be deployed (unless previously authorised by a client). Following this period of initial observation and assessment, subsequent investigators will only be deployed if deemed operationally necessary. It is not the policy of ADA Associates to undertake surveillance without justifiable cause.

QUALITY PERSONNEL

All personnel are of good character and without criminal convictions. Although the majority of investigators have previous experience gained within the military services and UK police forces, no person of dubious character or those dismissed or discharged as a result of disciplinary proceedings are employed.

COURTESY AND ETHICS

Should ADA Associates personnel come in to contact with claimants, clients or their representatives, all are treated with courtesy and respect. This is regardless of gender, ethnic origin, or physical appearance. Personnel always dress appropriately according to the situation, thus properly representing our clients.

TRAINING AND QUALITY OF SERVICE

In order to ensue quality, all investigators are trained "in house" to our own high standards. This allows us to maintain the quality of our work at all times.
